Although some users have grumbled about the battery issues related to Windows 7, Microsoft said the company was testing it. The Company's largest software maker predicted that there might be problems with some PC models that cause error messages. However, Microsoft believes that Windows 7 operating system is running properly.
In a posting on his blog, Monday (08/02), president of the Windows division, Steven Sinofsky, said the company will make a follow up study of a notification message indicating that the user must replace the battery, because the facts do not need replacement batteries. "In the system Windows 7 may give a warning the battery is weak or damaged, but the Windows 7 one to report the battery status." Sinofsky said.
He added that the error message is still new to Windows 7, so that the user needs to upgrade Windows 7, which previously may not appear. Though many complain, Sinofsky has not seen Windows 7 suggest anything but the system really works to identify the battery that is not normal (underperforming). Sinofsky said that the problem only occurs in some percentage of users.
